Running from 7 to 10 October, the festival dedicated to emerging urban subcultures features a predominantly Portuguese-speaking poster, with concerts by names such as Plutonium, Pongo, Ana Moura, Dino D'Santiago, Julinho KSD or Nenny, the young rapper who will have her first live concert in Portugal at this festival. Emir Kusturica and his No Smoking Orchestra are back on the 8th. The festival has an international poster that also includes Slum Village, The Alchemist or Ikram Bouloum. The Imminent, which has this year its sixth edition, presents eight site-specific works in Matinha, festival orders, by artists such as Obey, Escif, Nuno Viegas or Raquel Belli. After a pioneering experience last year, the Imminent Festival organizes an exhibition that expands the areas of the festival with the result of community workshops that take place since June in four neighborhoods of Lisbon. Fourteen works carried out in collaboration with the populations of Quinta do Lavrado, Alta de Lisboa, Bairro do Rego and Quinta do Loureiro, with creators coming from the area of architecture (Colectivo Warehouse, Eda+Gatomorto, Furo Atelier and El Warcha), of the visual arts (Confeere, Gil Ferrão, Herberto Smith, Mantraste) or the cinema (Luísa Homem+Inês Sapeta Dias, Miguel Faro and Pedro Pinho). The musician Tristany will present on October 10 a show in popular march format.
