Accompanying this debut, Alice Phoebe Lou shares the documentary directed by Julian Culverhouse that shows the entire creative and production process of her latest studio album.

Universal artist, Amália Rodrigues (1920-1999) is one of the most important personalities in the history of 20th century music. His international career was one of the longest and most global of the entire 20th century. In the 21st century, its legacy remains alive, modern and timeless. The celebration of the Centenary of her Birth, in 2020 and 2021 will be a unique occasion for us to gain a clearer and more grounded awareness of the importance of Amália Rodrigues in the contemporary cultural scene. The year 2020 marked the centenary of its birth through a vast program. "100 MÚSICOS PARA AMÁLIA" is a concert where 100 musicians, from different musical areas – from classical music to jazz, from fado to flamenco, from French and Italian songs to bossa nova and folklore, interpret the legacy of Amália Rodrigues

One of the most prominent pianists in the world, Nik Bärtsch, a music philosopher. Nik Bärtsch’s solo performance is a journey not only between the clarity of classical music and jazz improvisation, but also between the ancestral ritual harmony of Japanese sounds and modern minimalism. After listening to the works of this pianist, the public will not confuse them with anything else: their space is closed, the tension is constantly repetitive and infinitely slow, and the minimal improvisation, almost imperceptible, draws attention. The dialogue that the pianist invites to his concerts is not only a conversation between the creator and the listeners, but also a deep and exploratory look at himself. Nik’s musical work is edited by ECM Records, one of the most important labels in the Jazz edition worldwide.

Jorge Palma is a rare case in Portugal. Composer and performer admired by colleagues, loved by the public, too famous for the role of obscure genius, too genuine and rebellious to be a predictable and formatted musician. Throughout his career he released several albums of originals, composed hits and added gold records, having reached the double platinum mark with "Voo Nocturn". His work contains widely transverse songs with themes such as "Frágil", "Deixa-me Rir", "Dá-me Lume" or "Encosta-te-te-mim", which have become timeless hymns. Vicente Palma and Gabriel Gomes are the two musicians who accompany him in his acoustic format. Vicente appears on guitar, piano or vocals, accompanying Jorge Palma on some of the songs they have been playing together for over a decade. Gabriel Gomes offers the sound of his accordion to create truly intimate and special environments.

It is a poetic and inspiring approach that contrasts the fragility of a violin with the hostility of extreme sea & mountain scenarios, translating, metaphorically, the balance between opposites.

Gisela João reserved for the end of 2021 the two great shows in Lisbon and Porto to present the new songs of "Aurora", the disc he edited in April, under the unanimous applause of criticism. "Aurora" represents a new chapter in the career of Gisela João, for presenting essentially original songs and for being the album in which she debuted as a lyricist and songwriter, signing the production in partnership with Michael League, of the awardwinning Snarky Puppy, and Nic Hard, responsible for the surprising textures that surround their Fado in contemporary environments of unequivocal good taste. Singing not only as we expect her to sing but beyond everything we’ve heard so far, Gisela João live in the Colosseum is much more than a concert, Gisela João live in the Colosseum is an intense and vibrant experience that oscillates between pain and joy. God Save The Queen, the best tribute band in the world, returns to Portugal on November 5th at Campo Pequeno, Lisbon and on November 6th at Multiusos, Gondomar. With more than 7 million viewers worldwide, they are the ones who Queen and 20th Century Fox chose to promote the biopic “Bohemian Rhapsody”. The band returns to Portugal on their 2021 World Tour.
